The client approached Atelier W to provide a feasibility study and concept design for a four-star hotel within eleven existing post-war shophouses, with a multi-level addition to the rear of the houses.

 

The initial design resulted in all front of house facilities being located on the Ground level. Two split level Junior Suites take up each shophouse on First & Second Levels. A new building behind provides the remaining standard Guestrooms; two grand suites bookend the hotel with the pool, bar, and gymnasium located on the rooftop.
